Yes if I change the URL https://dl.bintray.com/apache/arrow/centos/7/x86_64/ the 404 error
message goes away.
But a new error says "Nothing to do". See below


Loaded plugins: amazon-id, rhui-lb, search-disabled-repos

 No package epel-release available.

 Error: Nothing to do
