We should not need to make {{null_count}} virtual as the handling of valid bitmaps is the
same for all arrays. Just checking in the main implementation if it is {{<0}} and then
recompute should be enough. Given that we use the {{null_count}} mostly for checking if the
number of nulls is 0, and if not we go into the more expensive code path, I think the solution
to compute on first {{null_count()}} is the most reasonable.
