https://people.apache.org/keys/committer/julien.asc is my old key.
I forgot how to update this location. Do you know?

I'll add a readme for the java build.

Failure in unit tests:
This should not happen. Could you send me a tarball with the test reports
in the **/target directories?
This does not fail for me.

I'll add instructions to install boost in the cpp readme.
