It'd be handy for folks migrating from a spring XML configuration to an OSGi Blueprint configuration to have a handy tool to do the transformation (even if for now all it did was change a few namespaces). Hopefully over time this could get more clever to deal with the various differences in a nicer way to ease the migration pain
