Subject [jira] [Commented] (ARIES-910) Integrate Subsystems into the Aries build.
Date Tue, 28 Aug 2012 13:15:07 GMT

John Ross commented on ARIES-910:

Yes, I looked into the Maven repository for Eclipse, and it seemed promising at first. However,
my current understanding is that it's a long-running work in progress with no set schedule.
Most of the repositories appeared to be empty, and certainly none contain the referenced dependencies.
The ultimate intent seems to be a direct integration with the Eclipse/Equinox builds, and
there is no manual upload process available that I know of. In terms of its current status,
I'm only aware of the following sites:

I agree that the more expeditious approach would be a manual upload to maven central.

> As a first step, I will confirm that all of the dependencies listed in aries/trunk/subsystem/pom.xml,
which are currently installed using the maven external dependency plugin, are available in
a public repository.
