Hi Guillaume,

In March we voted on these releases and you promoted the artifacts to
the releases repo. There's a few things still left to do though:

* upload artifacts to /www/www.apache.org/dist/aries
* move blueprint 0.2 and 0.3 artifacts to /www/archive.apache.org/dist/aries
* update the current release page to point to blueprint 0.3.1 instead of 0.3
* update the archived releases page to point to blueprint 0.3 and blueprint 0.2

Do you have time to do this?
