Simplest workaround is to not install ARIA from wheel, e.g.: {{pip install apache-ariatosca[ssh] --no-binary apache-ariatosca}} Furthermore, it seems like in the master branch, this problem no longer reproduces. Creating new binary distributions and installing them does install the "ctx" binary as expected.
