Do we need a vote?  I'm pretty sure the consensus is milestones ->
final -> patch releases.  Maybe more Spring than Eclipse?

1.1-M1,  1.1-M2,  1.1,  1.1.1,  1.1.2

Works for me. :)  Any objections?
