You also need these APR_INSTALL_PRIVATE_H private .h files to build Subversion.
With Subversion <= 1.8 we assumed that you always have the APR sources available, but on Subversion trunk just having these headers available with your APR allows you to build against a pre-compiled APR.
So it might be useful to note this somewhere.
