Hmmm...  APR ICONV needs a patch similar to the following.  I only
looked in the .h file you mentioned and didn't perform any sort of
search.  So don't take this as correct.

Does anyone already know the licensing of the code which makes up
iconv?  Is it all from Konstantin?
