Hello Philip,

All is well in apr 1.5 on Windows builds and tests w/o anything unusual, 
2.0 will not build due to unrelated problems, specifically expat. (devs?)

E:\build\apr-2.0.x\xml\apr_xml.c(34) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open 
include file: 'expat.h': No such file or directory

VC6 SDK 2003 R2
