OK, thanks. So we'll need to check for that one too.

My guess, because of this:
The accept4() system call is available starting with Linux 2.6.28;
support in glibc is available starting with version 2.10.

So, it's only a matter of time before we get bitten by this one too.
Probably prudent to do all of them the same way as epoll_create().
