FYI - I'm not testing darwin <> darwin, it's just as easy to test darwin
to another OS such as linux or solaris :)

I actually tested both directions, but really we are interested in OS X
as the ./sendfile client.  The ./sendfile server could be anything.

Results (on a loopback test) attached.
