I counted +1 from:
~ Brad Nicholes
~ Mladen Turk
~ Graham Leggett

(Justin Erenkrantz also gave +1 for APR-1.1.0-rc1, but did not vote on
APR-Util-1.1.0-rc2)

The reason the announcement points to 1.0.1 is that I haven't written an
announcement for 1.1.0.  That is on my todo for this morning.
