In that what I will do is strip the #defines down to their most simplest 
case (APR_LDAP_NETWARE_LDAPSDK, APR_LDAP_MICROSOFT_LDAPSDK, and 
APR_LDAPOPENLDAP_LDAPSDK for all Unix variants), which will maintain 
compatibility with the current situation. I will add a comment they are 
deprecated in 0.9 and 1.x.
