I've committed to 1.1 the renames fopen defines (APR_READ, APR_WRITE, 
etc.) to have prefix APR_FOPEN_ (keeping the old defines)

Let me know if I should proceed with:

1) apr_file_permissions group:

   APR_USETID => APR_FILEPROT_USETID
   APR_UREAD  => APR_FILEPROT_UREAD
   etc.

2) APR_FILEPATH_* => APR_FPATH_* to be consistent with FOPEN, FINFO, 
FCNTL, etc.
