IMP_INST_APACHE2=1 has nothing to do with it. Please read:
http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/user/install/install.html#MP_INST_APACHE2
I guess I should make it more clear, saying:
Install all the *.pm modules relative to the Apache2/ directory, under the
perl modules tree.
