It should "just work".  Otherwise:

- no need to run auto* in the spec file for apr-util if not including a
bunch of configure.in patches ;)

- again add NOTICE to %doc and remove the history from the %changelog

- %check can build and run testall

- %files needs to be adjust for apr-util-1.pc
