Ah, I didn't pick up the new directory in my last cvs update, so I 
didn't see it. Thanks.

I don't understand the use of REVERSE32, why isn't htonl() and ntohl() 
And for REVERSE64, is there a longword version of h-to-n/n-to-h that we 
use instead?
