The test suite is still being massaged to ensure that it provides useful
information.  This is a pretty clear indication that we don't have it
right yet.  I hope people will begin to help fix this.

Right now, what I can tell you is that the time tests are a known bug in
the test suite.  I am hoping for ways to fix this.

The sockets tests that you are failing are failing with errno 97, which is
EAFNOSUPPORT on Linux.  This just means that you don't have IPv6 support.
Those tests shouldn't be run, so that is another bug in the test suite.
