Subject Compiling apr under cygwin

I need to build apr on M$ w2K, tried couple of versions without any
luck. If I build apr with M$VC/nmake I cannot link it with other parts
of application (subversion is that one which is using apr).

So which shared memory to use in cygwin environment? On linux and
Solaris everything is OK as usual.

Here is error I get every time on cygwin:
