Because we deleted that stuff.  :-(  This is what happens when you delete
files from CVS by removing them from the repository.  Basically, we used
'cvs rm', and then removed the Attic directories.  Anybody who updated
their directory between those two steps had the files deleted
automagically by CVS.  Anybody who didn't update their tree will have to
delete the files themselves.  Feel free to delete all that stuff.
