               include  apr_file_io.h

  * include/apr_file_io.h: Add APR_LARGEFILE flag, with warning.
  
  * file_io/unix/open.c (apr_file_open): Map APR_LARGEFILE onto
  O_LARGEFILE for non-LFS builds.
