  I've thrown my two cents in.  I'll probably be +1 when I can test it
  and my issues are resolved.  I won't be able to test it until next
  week at the earliest (finals!).  If it gets the requisite 3 +1s before
  then, yea.
  
  I'm of the mind where I'd count Brian's vote since he has done
  performance analysis and tests on the code in question.  It may not
  be binding, but it provides evidence that the code "works" - that is
  helpful to others and should be noted.
