I might be wrong, but this looks to me as follows:

- you are doing a 64 bit build
- as a consequence size of off_t and size_t both are already 8 bytes
- the normal system calls handling files thus will already use large (8 bytes)
data types, so no need to use the special *64 system calls

So your build should be fine. No LFS support here means no need to use special
LFS calls. The basic ones will do even for large files.

The same configure and "make check" results appear when building for 64 bit
Linux and gcc, not just on your Solaris system and Studio compiler.
