Summary: Please be available whether atomics use thread mutexes
                    or not
           Product: APR
           Version: HEAD
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: APR
        AssignedTo: bugs@apr.apache.org
        ReportedBy: serai@lans-tv.com

I want to use atomic operations to read/write shared memory,
but they may use apr_thread_mutex.

Could you define something like APR_ATOMICS_USE_THREAD_MUTEX on apr.h ?
