Summary: broken compilation when NOT using standard APR dir
           Product: APR
           Version: 1.2.8
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: APR-util
        AssignedTo: bugs@apr.apache.org
        ReportedBy: admin@pixel.com.pl

when you make a compilation of APR and do a make install DESTDIR=/foo
and then you try to compile APT-UTIL --with-apr=/foo/usr/local/apr/
you'll get an error of not finding apr-1-config and not creating appriopriate
rules.mk file

then no make target exists.
