------- Additional Comments From dbb@st-andrews.ac.uk  2006-09-20 13:52 -------
This works fine. Is it a red herring that sendfile is fine left on except when
you're using server parsed html and including a file that way? Any other
thoughts on how to reproduce?

alyx# ./sendfile server &
[2] 2627
alyx# Waiting for a client to connect...
./sendfile client blocking
Creating a test file...
Sending the file...
Processing a client...
apr_socket_sendfile() updated offset with 0
apr_socket_sendfile() updated len with 370049
bytes really sent: 370049
After apr_socket_sendfile(), the kernel file pointer is at offset 0.
server: apr_socket_sendfile() worked as expected!
client: apr_socket_sendfile() worked as expected!
