No, it does not. Setting log level to null in com.datatorrent.stram.util.LoggerUtil does not
reset log level to the original level, it will be set to parent's level. For example, if log4j.properties
has root logger set to ERROR and com.datatorrent set to INFO, applying "com.datatorrent.\*:DEBUG"
pattern will set log level for all com.datatorrent.* loggers to debug. Applying "com.datatorrent.\*:null"
pattern does not reset level to INFO as expected, it will reset it to the root level that
is ERROR.
