Subject [jira] [Commented] (APEXCORE-548) ApexCLI does not correctly detect running applications with the same name at launch time

David Yan commented on APEXCORE-548:
------------------------------------

Yes, but it's not that simple. First of all, getDisplayName() has a different behavior for
JsonFileAppFactory. I'm not sure whether it's fine for us to just assume we will use getDisplayName().
Second, getDisplayName() has a slightly different behavior from getAppAlias(), and for java
apps, getAppAlias() is the one that is actually used.

> ApexCli is incorrectly using the fully qualified class name of the Application class
instead of the name given in the ApplicationAnnotation when trying to make sure no running
application bears the same name.
