    Clean up JMSBase to remove hardcoding of clientId and subject to test etc
    First cut of SQS implementation using JMSBase code,
    Fix version dependency of amazon-sqs-java-messaging-lib by excluding old and adding our
own 1.10.73 version in the pom
    Make junit Assume work to do conditional testing
    Delete stray queues we find before starting any test
    Added comments and another test for failure mode
