    Update CLI proper documentation

    Before this commit, the doc was pointing to the `core` project, which does not contain
the Any23 command line interface

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/jonathansantilli/any23 patch-1

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/any23/pull/35.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
