Just to be sure, you should probably put quotes round those
paths with spaces in.

C:\AntTest>set JAVA_HOME="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk.1.6.0_23"
C:\AntTest>set ANT_HOME="C:\Program Files\Apache Software
