Unfortunately, both -verbose and -debug resulted in the following output:

maint:
     [exec] Build failed
     [exec] Apache Ant version 1.5.1 compiled on October 2 2002
     [exec] Buildfile: build.xml does not exist!

...which doesn't help us out a whole lot :(

I agree that it seems to be going into the wrong directory...but where could
it be going?
