you can try this:

<path id="master-classpath">
<fileset dir="${your.lib.dir}">
<include name="*.jar"/>
</fileset>
</path>

<target name="compilation">
<javac destdir="${build.dir}" target="1.4" source="1.4" >
<src path="${src.dir}"/>
<classpath refid="master-classpath"/>
</javac>
