did you define - destiny - ? what about a basedir?

<project name="nothing" basedir="C:\folder1">

	<property name="src" location="folder2"/>
	<property name="destiny" location="folder2\destiny\folder1\folder2"/>

		<copy todir="${destiny}">
			<fileset dir="${src}" excludes="**/*.java"/>
		</copy>
