taking precedence#example test.properties file

in build.xml reference with file= from <property><project
default="test-propertyfile"> <target name="test-propertyfile">
<property file="test.properties"/>      <echo>${firstname}</echo>
<echo>${phone}</echo>      <echo>${age}</echo>
