Subject AW: AW: Problem with build after method signature change

When uploading the jars to your (test) webserver, try something like
   <ftp>
      <fileset dir="build" includes="*.jar">
          <modified/>
      </fileset>
   </ftp>

So only JARs will be uploaded which content changed. Means, class files...
or manifest file...

Maybe that helps ...
