Do these files at least have a common base directory, such as the 
structure of a Maven repository?  If so, then just you can put all 
these files into a <path> and then use Ant Contrib's <pathtofileset>....

<ac:pathtofileset name="war.fileset" dir="${dependenciesdir}" 
pathrefid="war.path"/>
