The error indicates an authentication failure. This can happen for a few
common reasons. 

1. If your password has special characters and you are putting the
actual password in your build.xml you may get this error. To fix the
problem, put the password in a properties file and use a property in
your build.xml.

2. If your password is not correct, you will get this error.

I recommend using ssh keys to authenticate because you will not have to
put your password in plain text into a build.xml or properties file.
