Sorry, test code.

  <srcfile/> - is expanded to the file, <fileset> would give. With complete path.
  <targetfile/> - is the string after all <mapper>s are applied.

So
  <apply ... relative="true">
      ...
      <targetfile/>
      <fileset .../>
      <flattenmapper/>
  </apply>

should help.
