You can put a prefix on the <tstamp> so you can have two tstamp properties.
<tstamp prefix="start"><format.../></tstamp> and one with a prefix of end.
Then you can use ${start.BUILD_TIMESTAMP} and ${end.BUILD_TIMESTAMP}
