 The 'cvs' command tool requires
   CVSROOT=:ext:blackwater@my.server:/usr/local
 or
   CVSROOT=blackwater@my.server:/usr/local
 with
   CVS_RSH=ssh

 In that configuration, the command prompts for a password.

 So I guess you have to use:
  <cvs cvsRoot="blackwater@my.server:/usr/local"
       cvsRsh="ssh"
    ...

 As 'cvs' task does not provide a way to intercept password prompt, you have to
 install a public key on the server to authenticate without a password prompt.
