Subject Taskdef in in macrodef
Date Thu, 09 Dec 2004 12:50:26 GMT
Dear Colleagues,

I am currently writing some macrodef that will be used
in our team and I wonder abouth the follwing
situation: let's have
<marcrodef name="mymarcodef">
    <sequential>
    <path id="cp">
        <fileset dir="dir" includes="*.jar"/>
    </path>
    <taskdef resource="taskdef.properties"
classpathref="cp">
    <!-- Use tasks from taskdef.properties here --->
    </sequential>
</macrodef>

My question is: if the above macrodef is called
sevetal times, will the taskdef will be "instantiated"
every time or only for the first time and its
"instance" will be reused?

Thank you in advance
Ivan
