You should be able to use the include nested element to do this like:

    <move todir="${maven.dist.src.assembly.dir}/sw/ant"
overwrite="true">
      <fileset dir="${maven.dist.src.assembly.dir}">
         <include name="sw/apache-ant-*/*"
      </fileset>
    </move>
