You would probably want to use the <replace> task. When I have environment specific configuration
stuff, I usually create a properties file for each environment...

dev.properties
test.properties
prod.properties

Then I have my build file load the properties with the following...

<property file="${env}.properties"/>


Then I run ant like this...

ant -Denv=test target

I hope this helps.
