assuming you are moving all files from subfolder 'test' to destination
folder 'build'

 Try <move > with fileset

Move a set of files to a new directory

  <move todir="test">
    <fileset dir="build">      <!--Specification for Include files here-->
      <include name="**/*.jar"/>      <!--Specification for exclude file
here-->
      <exclude name="**/ant.jar"/>
    </fileset>
  </move>
