Yes. The toDir must exist, but the directory structure you're copying
will be created (and src is part of it).

Well no. You are using

  includes="${src.dir}/{src.includes}"

which, if you need two file types to be included at once (java and sql,
say) you'll end up with

  includes="src/**/*.java **/*.sql"

I doubt that will work. You'll need "src/" to be prefixed to each
include you need. IOW, it needs to end up looking like

  includes="src/**/*.java src/**/*.sql"
                          ^^^^

But I guess if you try it out you'll know. :)
