Hi All!

Please ignore my question - I didn't realise that you can have more than one 
pathconvert tasks for each OS:
      <pathconvert targetos="windows" property="jinifiles" refid="jini.jarfiles.path"/>
      <pathconvert targetos="unix" property="jinifiles" refid="jini.jarfiles.path"/>

It works wonderfully!
