You could try the sleep task so the user won't have to hit any key:

as long as you have a rough estimate how long it will take for the servers to come up. Or
maybe its easier to just have the user hit enter when ready, depends on your situation I guess.

<input message="Press Return key to continue..."/>
It didn't display a dialog - in fact it's perfect!
